Yesterday, history was made. Mo'Ne Davis became the eighteenth girl to participate in the Little League World Series, and the first to pitch a shut out!

ESPN ran a story featuring interviews with several young girls watching the game in Williamsport about how it made them feel, and the results are bittersweet:
